Response Times

Security reports get triaged first, usually within 24 hours. General mail is answered when time allows, typically within 48 to 72 hours. If something is on fire (data wrong, site down), subject-line it "URGENT" and it jumps the queue.

TerminalFeed is an independent project. It is not affiliated with Anthropic, Claude, or any data provider whose feeds appear on the dashboard. Data is pulled from public APIs and attributed wherever space allows.
